   Publication of the American Institute of Electrical Engineers
The American Institute of Electrical Engineers (AIEE) began publishing "Proceedings of the A.I.E.E" in 1905. In 1920, the title changed to "The Journal of the American Institute of Electrical Engineers" and this was shortened to "The Journal of the A.I.E.E in 1924. Contents are devoted to the advancement of theory and practice of electrical engineering and the allied arts and sciences. The Journal became "Electrical Engineering" in 1930, a title it retained until 1963. It is now the IEEE Spectrum
We present only issues from the 1920's due to their relevance to the understanding of radio, the general public's most recognized advance in technology in that decade.
